In terms of delivery, we keep an open mind when it comes to employee engagement. We’ll create anything from a live game show to a video or simply a killer presentation deck. Engaging employees is not dissimilar to engaging customers. All of the tools we’ll use in external campaigns and programmes can be equally appropriate. Social tools, dedicated web and blog content, interactive assets, event creation, email campaigns, incentives and even merchandise are just some of the deliverables and assets that we’ll use if they’re right for the task.

Sustaining momentum can be one of the key challenges for employee engagement programmes. After the launch fireworks of a new initiative, we also ensure that a continuous, planned set of communications and asset refreshment continues to maintain motivation and create a feedback loop to measure and communicate success that, in turn, helps to grow commitment and further success.
